didn't intentionally changed any security settings. though the SSL certificate might need updated
what error message are you seeing ?
is it the same for dafc.net/forum and dafc.info/forum ?

Hmm. Nothing to do with the app itself. I'll try to reproduce this tonight on my test iPhone. Stevie, is it obvious whether the prompt is within the DAFC.net web site, or (more likely) is it an iOS prompt?

I am unable to reproduce this on my iPhone (6). If it happens again Stevie, it would be great if you could get a screenshot of the popup. I've no idea what is causing it to pop up, as I don't see how the web site can know there is an app for the forum, and similarly I don't see how iOS can know either (we have not added any such feature anywhere, certainly). I am assuming you don't actually have the app installed (but even then, I don't see how that would cause the prompt)?

It would appear it's normal for any site that has an app to try and redirect you to a mobile app.
I get it for Dunfermline press, daily record, alibaba, BBC , local websites I use for news and buying and selling so I don't think it's unique to dafc.net

I would also add that you should enter DAFC.net directly in the browser address bar, rather than any mysteriously appearing bookmarks that give you these strange results and taking you to adverts :)
