Crossbar Challenge
Date: Thursday, 2nd Aug 2012We have all been looking at ways we can help the club and the Crossbar Challenge is an excellent opportunity to raise some finance but more importantly have a bit of fun as well.
Why not put your name down for a chance to do the Crossbar Challenge. It will only cost £5 and will give you the chance to go on the pitch at East End Park at half time at one of the games this season.
Entries close on the 14th August 2012.
The proposal is that all supporters who wish to participate pay a one off non- refundable fee of £5 in cash, to be entered into a ballot, before the start of the season. Depending on demand, either 3 or 4 supporters will then be randomly drawn from the ballot for each match, to participate at a nominated home game next season. Therefore, between 54 and 72 supporters will have the opportunity to get involved with this new initiative; 310 supporters in the recent survey indicated they would be willing to pay £5 to be included in the initial ballot.
WHy not put your name down for one of the club-sponsored entries giving a reason why you should be included. In Fact DAFC.net will also offer £50 so that the Club can can double up the number of bonus places if they wish.
