Sounds about right big gaps in the Norrie and have seen the NW look a lot busier also.

And from the proceeds we need to deduct a lot of money from the split in pitch repair costs after those (pink!) flares were let off!

The club should bill hearts for the pitch repairs. Give them £10,000 less than we are due after the split.

Pars crowd today was very poor I thought. Thought we would attract more than an average league game but I reckon the Norris was less than half full.

Not poor at all, and I could see that the Norrie was more than three quarter full.

There will be a lot of financially strapped loyal fans who have paid hard for their season ticket - and who can't justify more outlay to their families.

For league games are we still including non-attending season ticket holders in the announced total?

Great support brought by Jam Tarts

Disappointing support from the home fans considering the quality of the opposition (saying that maybe that’s why the Pars support was relatively poor?)

The Norrie was no way only 1/2 full but equally it was nowhere near 3/4 full & the NW had a good number of gaps as well......

A lot of Pars fans missed a very entertaining match & IMO the best performance from a Pars team in a very long time, but that’s their loss

To be honest although hearts brought more fans, they hardly had a sing song all game. Only briefly when they scored. Miserable bunch

I thought our fans got behind the team a lot more a tried to create a little atmosphere

The fact the Hearts fans became increasingly subdued reflected the quality of the Pars performance.

I was disappointed in the low number of Pars fans. A shame really as it was a brilliant performance and the team deserved better. Saying that, those that were there were in pretty good voice and the roof would have been blown off the north West had we scored.
Surprised at how little noise the Hearts fans made. Other than right after they scored I didn’t really notice anything from them.

I thought this myself. The norrie stand looked empty. I think the only time we will see a sell out is when the old firm come.

There were less than I expected. Maybe a lot thought we would gett hammered after them beating Celtic and our poor previous game v RC.
Or maybe a couple of thousand are saving pennies to go to Boreham Wood :)

Only paid tickets will be counted in the split of revenue regardless of the announced count.

No way it will be a sellout if we get the bigot brothers at home ,in fact there will be less home support.this was proved in past attendances for one it will be televised and two our support don't come out when playing them .

Hold be nice to out number Boreham Wood, they had the lowest average attendance in the league last year at 684, which can’t be over 400 home support.

There is one aspect of this which has not been mentioned.

Dunfermline Eastern expansion ie Duloch etc has a population of 13,000.

One of the great successes of Dunfermline Athletic ,in recent years, has been the ability to attract families from that area. Most of its inhabitants come from Edinburgh and the Lothians.

I know one family who attend every Pars Home game.Yet because this was Hearts, they were there with their (moth infested) Jambo scarves on!

Our Gates in the Championship are higher than in our last season in the top tier.DEX is the reason. The building now of the Western Expansion offers a similar opportunity.

To say most Dex residents come for Edinburgh is a bit of of myth in my view. In my current street we have 3 from Dunfermline,2 from Kirkcaldy,1 from Alloa,2 from Aberdeen,1 from Glasgow,1 from Falkirk and 1 from Livingston and 1 each from Hull and Ireland!
