Under pressure to stay in Europe now. Morelos booked twice in a minute-the second one for dissent. The guy's a numpty. Getting outplayed but the away goal may be crucial.

First booking for needlessly kicking the ball away and then it looked like he said something to the ref after that.Schoolboy stuff.

I watched the game-Morelos no question. Both bookings were needless. Would need to see it again but I thought Flanagan might've been slightly unlucky with his second booking.

Morelos, GG. Silly kick, could have got away with it but it was a booking. Then wouldn’t go to the ref. 2 silly bookings out of absolutely nothing. Flannigans second was never a yellow but to even be in the position to have a second after a stupid first

I don't pick up on every spelling or grammar mistake on here and whilst I could not be further from the opinions of our flappy winged friend, if you're going to rip the pi$$ at least spell check your insult for irony. Also, it is a football forum....it says it on the tin. If you don't like what he posts then skim over it FFS.

Some people get slagged for their spelling and grammar. Perhaps it is the phoney version of the English language that their phone / tablet gives out. Eg. When when writing this my phone showed sagged instead of slagged.

Sunday will be the best chance Rangers have of beating Celtic for the first time, especially with Celtic selling Dembele. Still think Celtic have more about them than the new club so I'm debating which result would be funniest. Maybe a 5 or 6 nil hounding to silence the chat about the "Stevie G Revolution" (one win and 2 draws so far in the league)? Maybe the other way round so that Brendan is actually in crisis mode and has a bit of a "heads gone" after a disastrous transfer window (even though they spent a record fee on Eduard)? Or maybe a high scoring draw (terrible defended and might allow Hearts to pull further away at the top of the table)?

Celtic are a complete car crash at the minute. Dembele sold for relative peanuts. Was he not worth 50m not so long ago ? Although that was probably the figure after it had been put through the Seville calculator. This is certainly Sevcos best chance to beat Celtic in years. It really is a shame the pair of them can't get beat

I think the only person who thought he was worth £50 million was Gamboa!

They might have been able to get closer to £25 million this time last year but he had injuries and was a year closer to the end of his contract that it looked like he wouldn't renew.

Getting £18 to £19.7 million for a player you picked up for 500k 2/3 years ago is tremendous business even though it weakens them a bit. Their squad is still well capable of picking up another treble.

I agree with you lpf but how ridiculous is it talk about them being weakened when you see how much money they've brought in over the last few years in comparison to anyone else?

£19.7m is a brilliant deal for Celtic. Injured far too often, his value was only going down.

A huge fee in relative terms. It only balances out what they've lost from being out the champions league this season though.

I agree with you too JTH. I think in pure football terms they have been weakened a bit and they've been complacent on CL qualifying for this year but then you look at the point you're making that they've brought in so much more money through the CL and player sales that financially at least the gap will be widening all the time.

Celtic are so far ahead domestically that they could afford the hit on the player pool and can still challenge for all domestic honours easily. If they find themselves needing to spend they've got the resources to do it.

Also agree with TOWK that Celtic should win tomorrow.

Thought Celtic may have scored more but while Rangers were reasonably sound defensively they never threatened the Celtic goal. The scoreline doesn't do justice to how one sided this encounter was.
