Glad to see him come on and score but what infuriates me is when players don't celebrate because it's a previous employer! It's a kick in the nuts to the club!

...It's called respect for your former employers & supporters.

Shows a bit of class.

Happens everywhere. What angers me is when a player doesn't try against former club.

Players tend to try harder against a former club, BAWB. I can't think of a single player who was obviously not trying against one of his previous clubs.

Not your average Sunday League player.

He scored, and was obvious he was trying to get a goal before he did score. All that matters imo.

Could have had a hat trick but for a couple of decent saves. Played well in the short time he had. Couldn't give a toss whether he celebrates or not.

Looked good when he came on. I think Andy Ryan had run himself out and maybe the nasty kick up the backside had slowed him down a bit. Hippo provided the extra spark late on. Maybe deserves a start next week.

He was a 'carthorse' a couple of weeks ago according to someone on here.

I stand by that - until I see evidence to the contrary.

He held himself with dignity after score against a team that paid him wages, and fans that sang songs to honour him. He should be revered by all for doing so.
What many didn't see was him giving a mini fist pump. He was facing away (deliberately imo) from the bulk of our support when he did so, but I seen him do it, and anyone on the east side of the stand would have seen him do it too.

Revered ?

Unbelievable guff.

What about a statue erected outside EEP in his honour as well ?
