Someone needs to tell him he can’t smoke in a football stadium, boy had the cigar out all game, absolutely strolled it. Fantastic player.

Liked the look of him first time I saw him. Exudes composure.

Him and Beadling in the middle would never give the ball away. Ever

It's common knowledge that Lionel Messi kept a photo of Hamish French by his bedside as inspiration every morning!

Thing is once it was announced he’d signed he was condemned by just about everyone who posted about him based on opinions of Hearts fans. No one said let’s see what he’s like when he plays. Just shows you that it’s better to form your own opinions than listen to others.

Likewise Auden Connolly and the negativity towards signing someone so small. What a good last couple of games he’s had, totally deserved his starts.

Looks a good player, hopefully has just as good an impact against the top 6 in this league as Partick and failkirk gave him the freedom of the park.

Just sitting here drenched in my own negativity!

What I have noticed about good players is how they watch the game when they dont have the ball. They are always looking where their team mates are on the park and anticipate the movement off the ball.

Iniesta was a prime example of a player with that awareness.

Has controlled the game from the middle of the park last two games. Is always available for a pass and seems to have more time on the ball than anyone else on the park. Looks a promising signing so far but we’ll get a better idea of what he is made of in our next two league games.

The mowhawk (also referred to as a mohican) is a hairstyle in which, in the most common variety, both sides of the head are shaven, leaving a strip of noticeably longer hair in the centre.

It’s kind of gone under the radar but I thought James Vincent was outstanding on Saturday.

Vincent has been in great form since Martin came into the starting line up.
As much as many of us rate Beadling I think he'll struggle to get a start giving the performances of these two players.

More than anything else we need to convert more of our shots into goals, it's coming on but way too slowly imo.
The results against the jags and falkirk should have given the team a huge confidence boost, and if we can give Alloa a severe pumping we will hopefully get our season back on track.

Such a basic skill for a footballer yet one so sadly lacking in so many players from our country. I wonder why?

Yes not sure why. I remember watching George Best at EEP playing for Hibs. Such players give the impression they are not doing anything but they dont need to run around to still be working during the game. Its an old saying but the ball should do the work.

I remember seeing George Best at EEP, I remember watching him break up our attack then running the full length of the park and scoring. Easily the best player that I have ever seen.
