Bit early to award them the league at the moment though... Only 14 games into the season and all that ye ken 😏

Would be some achievement if he took them up at the expense of so called bigger clubs like Rovers and Dumbarton.

They certainly don't look like easing off anytime soon.

Went to see them play Montrose last week. Would be a bit of a step up for them being in our league. Think they would struggle.

I saw them early in the season at East Fife and reckoned they would be promoted.

Young lad upfront called Ryan Wallace looked different class ....

Would be my choice if there was to be a vacancy at East end.
He was rather harshly shown the door the first time. Think he has unfinished business here.

I think the OP is throwing the Bunnet into the mix because he's a very naughty boy, knowing full well that some posters would latch on to him as a possible successor to AJ.....

I seem to remember we played some very brutal football when Bert Paton left the Pars and Dick stayed on as manager. Perhaps his footballing philosophy has undergone a sea change since then and the Red Lichties are the Man City of League 1?

I would also remind folk that AJ had similar success with the Pars in League 1, when we led it from start to finish.

Agreed GG, the football we played under him was pretty dire. No way would he be able to improve us, it needs more than just passion to be a good manager.

Dick has history of being sent to the stand including the Broadwood episode that saw a Airdrie fan rub a pie into his head.

He would never take the job at East End.

Think he would prefer to stay part time.

Think he still fancies another run at full time before retiring. You can't doubt his record in the lower leagues, it's terrific.

You obviously don’t know him to make that comment?

Why would he stay part time? He’s not working full time anymore in a “normal job”

Knowing him he’s desperate for the job. Ability wise he’s always struggled with full time teams having been sacked at Dunfermline, Partick and Ross County.
