We got a decent home tie last year in Morton, a big deal was made of the 50th year anniversary of the last cup success and we didn't turn up, a real damp squib.

It will help Cowdenbeath financially, however will they change the venue to EEP. If so we could end up with a small windfall.

A fantastic draw. Should be a decent crowd as they will fancy their chances. Very glad to have avoided a home tie and got a winnable away game not too far away.

Pretty sure that's not allowed any longer. If you have got a safety certificate then you have to play it at your registered ground AFAIK.

I would think that would happen at that shi@ hole of a ground safety would be dodgy.

Aye, that was the last one I think. After the controversy about Albion Rovers switching two or three games in recent years.

Was at the Cowdenbeath v Brora game yesterday. First time I've been to Central Park for years, one of the worst places in the country to watch a game.

The game itself, well Cowden were played off the park by Brora. The Highlanders hit the post twice in the first 5 minutes, had a stonewall penalty turned down and hit the bar in the 2nd half. They brought a player on, who usually starts every week. Zander something. He was sensational! QUICK and bags of skills and tricks. Reminded me of Cardle. Impressed by a few of the Brora players, and the supporters, a good bunch. Think they took about 200 down with them, bagpiper included!

I was at the game yesterday at Central Park - Brora were nowhere near as impressive as you suggest. As the game went on they never looked like scoring. They didn't hit the bar - play had already stopped for a free kick well before the boy hit the ball. They only hit the post once at the start - McGurn saved the other shot. It was a dour, dull game on a wet, cold day. No recollection of any stonewall penalty at all
