I was fortunate enough to win £200 in the draw today

The Margaret Ross Memorial Fund will benefit by £100 from this, as a dear friend Margaret was passionate about supporting the clubs young players, I will never be Margaret but I do want to keep her memory alive

Great gesture Kenny, we were incredibly lucky to have Margaret's enthusiasm and selflessness.

Very good gesture. On another note, does anyone know the halftime draw number. That tannoy near me was as much use as a chocolate teapot

I'm delighted to say that the winner of the above halftime draw, who wishes to remain anonymous, is donating £100 of the winnings to the DADSC Fund for wheelchair access to the 1st Floor at EEP.

And a few weeks ago a winner of the CC Lifeline prize did the same thing anonymously, with £100 coming to the DADSC Fund.

Now that DADSC has charitable status, a donation of £100 is worth £125 thanks to Gift Aid.

Long may this trend continue, of fans using unexpected windfalls to benefit deserving causes. :)
