Great article, the game on Saturday was the best that Fiasal has played since coming back, he was in his favoured position and had that foil that we have been looking for albeit still early days.

The fact that they are together for the next few months will also help.

I am more positive now as we look as if we can score now and I am sure once the understanding is cemented with the two of them, then we will see a few goals from both players.

for the 2 to be sharing does that mean FEB offered it or are the club again putting players up in accommodation and its a club decision?

sure one of the in the knowers will know where we are from a contracts view on that.

The nascent partnership was all the more remarkable given they had not even trained together before.

That was the best performance by FEB since the League Cup match with Hearts.

The fairweather fans, who gave the match a miss, really missed out.

It was a fabulous debut and he wasn't even fully fit!

Let's settle down eh. It was one half of football and although encouraging it still resulted in zero points. I do hope that the guy is the answer but you seem to diving in to the deep end in thinking we have found the saviour.

Might not be the saviour but that partnership could the thing to keep us up. Nice to be enthusiastic about a strike force. It's been a while since we have had a good one. Keena had to make most of his goals out of nothing.

in this open, transparent, an ownership model in which we operate? How many people are p!sh!ing in their fillies over Part time contract for goalkeeper.

Is a mortgage/rent over and above a % wage agreement, That alone could be another body in the door or £ that could be going to a higher calibre of manager when the majority discuss us taking "the cheap option"

It's curious how some fans think that, as we're a 'fan-owned club', every intimate detail of a player's contract should be made public.

I believe that the club do have a flat near the ground, that tends to be occupied by loan players/new signings. It is believed that this helps to encourage players to come to us on loan/short term deals.

For example, do you think Anderson would have been particularly keen to come, if he had to keep paying his mortgage/rent in Aberdeen, as well as paying rent for a flat in Dunfermline? Players coming in on loan in particular are hardly going to sell their house/flat near their parent club’s facilities, just for a 6 month/season long loan, are they? It’s very unlikely we’d want him travelling from Aberdeen for training every day either, so this solution makes sense.

This is common practice at football clubs.

There are details of contracts which in my opinion should be kept between the club and the player.

There's no drama, Faissal shared a flat near the ground with, Josh and Whittle, I believe.
Later BRE was in it.

Probably good for morale, when you regularly saw some of the guys in the town after training. It felt as if there was real togetherness and team spirit at that time.

Cardle and Gallagher were also often part of the group.

What a load of mince on the accommodation scenario.

Next we’ll need to know who does the washing up, and who the drying etc. !!!

Must be a slow news day in Parsland !!!

well when the club is taking £5000 from fan groups to get oil for heating to get a game on but happy to fund someones living accommodation think it gives a bit of justification.

It suits certain people agendas what stays "private" on transfers/contracts then they become holier than thou when questioned in the future with a "I knew that"

Would guess that the rent on a flat in the toon is a lot less than the salary of one of the first team squad.

Seems like you are going our of your way to be upset about something

Read Pars-91's post - surely that explains everything in a very simple manner that should alleviate your concerns.
That is unless you are just pushing some nonsensical agenda of your own and reality is not of interest?

no agenda just curious how things are set up. we "attract" someone to travel from Dundee by offering a flat at the ground whilst our own players live/commute from further away?

Fact, when a player moves to Ross County the get extra money for living costs over and above their salary. Perhaps we do the same, perhaps it's a tax dodge for the clubs.

they are also offer post playing employment with Roy McGregors company in instances where they have serious injuries where they are required to give up playing.

Inverness don't give such a bonus or "allowance" its a club decision.

Forgive me a wry smile.

For four weeks a minority of fans slated me for being critical of Stevie Crawford.

Now that I rave about the nascent Anderson FEB partnership,I am condemned for going over the top.

For Stevie to get Bruce was an undoubted coup ,as was playing FEB in his best position.Credit where credit is due.

Mind you ,I have one distinct advantage.

I was at the match.....

A guy coming to pkay for ssy 6 months is not goingvto buy a house ans as for renting to get a decent rented flat or house may require a min 1 year contract.

And it may suit both parties to share .

Im pretty sure if the player wanted his own accomidation he would make it part of the deal .
Not any different to other people who work away from home .
All about the terms and conditions agreed .

Silema par
To be realistic he's had one good half against a donkey of a centre
Half I'm reluctant to get carried away.
He looks good with respect his movement off the ball ,snatched at a couple of shots but great finish for the goal.
All I'd say as if I was an opportunity manager I'd just be looking to stop him getting on the ball as there's no other goal threat in the side

Known as the Dingwall Weighting Allowance - so players like Ian Vigurs can afford a night out in the fleshpots of Inverness !!!

DAFC 90.We were playing, by far ,the best team in our Division.

Bruce was not fully fit.

He could have scored four goals. He also brought the best out of FEB ,whom SC was playing in his best position.

Folk around me at HT were all saying that, whatever happens now, this has been encouraging.

I cannot wait to see him against a lesser team.

I'm genuinely glad that the club has a provision where we can give accommodation to players, absolutely vital for loan deals or for someone players from further afield, I presume it would've been vital for Beadling when he first came up.

I agree with Frank was a plus side yes but clutching at straws to find positives makes it look a wee bit better than it actually was imo but credit to the guy played well under the circumstances more to come hopefully

c'mon the pars
