Why is east end park called east end park ? It’s more central Dunfermline than anything.

I mean, it was build in the Eastern side of town at the time of construction I believe. Tesco town and less so Garvock are fairly modern expansions to the town

It’s pretty self explanatory

If you leave towards Crossford the last thing in town is the West End Football Pitch

The town has grown since East End’s inception hence it is not at the perimeter

All towns expand - if you look at the style of the houses as you move out along Halbeath Road then you can determine roughly the period they were constructed.

Where houses have no driveway for parking it generally means they were built late Victorian or early Edwardian - when very few folks had a car.

EEP would have been at the eastern boundary around the time it was established.

Start a petition!

The mowhawk (also referred to as a mohican) is a hairstyle in which, in the most common variety, both sides of the head are shaven, leaving a strip of noticeably longer hair in the centre.

And East End Boys!
Anyway let’s hope fewer occasions this season for Dunfy’s suggested sad refrain, chortle worth, but so apt far too often in the last campaign.
