 Pars fans at Arbroath

In my role as SLO, I received this email from an Arbroath fan today and wanted to share it.....

I would just like to say that your supporters that traveled to watch their team versus Arbroath yesterday are a credit to themselves and also the team they follow.
I am a born and bred Red Lichtie (54), and as long as I can remember I have not come across a nicer, friendly and polite bunch of people at a football match, even when they came back to the pub I was in after a great win for Arbroath.
After getting to speak to a supporter, he said likewise, they were made welcome in every bar they had visited.
Hold your heads high, and hope you enjoy your next visit to Arbroath as much.

I think that is a credit to the supporters. At the end of the day at this stage we may be a championship team but that does not stop us being premiership supporters. Great supporters = great club = great team

Maybe as well forwarding it onto the Glasgow Herald to see if they want to run with the story?

Some people will believe anything ๐Ÿ˜‚

Met a few Arbroath fans in the pub across the road from the ground - all sound as a pound, and the club staff were so lovely.

โ€œwell done to those rangers fans who continue to follow us.โ€

There was actually a guy in the Pars end with a navy Rangers tracksuit top on. Was a bit weird.

I don't see a problem with other teams fans following Dunfermline, we more than welcomed fans from all clubs helping us in our hour of need in 2013.

Well done to all who made the trip to Arbroath.

East End Park is a symbol of all that is DAFC.
