Lower than a snake's body. Not interested and if you think SC has no plan B, just check McIntyre out.

Ah yes I recall the thread and contributed at the time. It was never truly substantiated. AB Loyal appeared to ask the same question I did and never really got a definitive backed up answer.

You mention back in May it was faking injury and disrespecting the club and fans. That’s some accusation and to call him a snake at every opportune time his name comes up, must mean you have pretty solid evidence that this was indeed the case?

I don’t know the man, but nearby neighbours did and never a bad word said, he was a really sound bloke according to them.

Either way, calling someone a ratbag, snake and poison on a public forum over something that ultimately hasn’t been proven and based purely on football related matters is really poor form and does just sum up this forum nicely.

Anyway, back on point, never think a returning manager works out so if Crawford was to be replaced I’d like to think we have other options to pursue.

Happily take Macca back - always had guid banter with him, and I got his sense of humour too (although I know others didn’t). Always had time for him and vice versa.

No No No No definitely wouldn’t want Jim McIntyre back!! He made Stephen Kenny look good!! SC isn’t working, he seems to come from the Levein stable of thought where the most important thing is not to lose goals and any we score is a bonus!! I’m just waiting on the 4-6-0 formation turning up!!

How on earth did McIntyre make Kenny look good? He came in, stopped us getting relegated and then improved us year on year before winning the title.

He's our best manager in the past 20 years.

We all know how he stopped us being relegated and it wasn't anything to do with management.

Twas a miracle I tell you, those injuries that miraculously cleared up, players going from playing like potatoes to Brazilians overnight.

It's been extensively covered on here that certain players were "at it". Don't need to go over old ground about who they were and why.

Whilst I agree the results under Crawford have been poor, I also think we'd be hard pushed to get better. Who is available?

Jim Mcintyre doesn't have a bad word to say about the Pars. I use the same gym as him in Stirling, he came over to chat with me a few years ago when he was Pars manager (spotted me in my pars training gear). Everytime I see him he asks how the Pars are doing. The fans calling him a snake are clueless.

Nice evidence here to show you've either never watched the Kenny to McIntyre era or you're just utterly clueless. Kenny was a shocking manager, prosiding over some of the worst football and results I've seen following the Pars

Stephen Kenny has been pretty successful everywhere he's been apart from us. Our players got him the sack. He had the right ideas at the wrong time. Says it all now that most of those players are out the game completely and he's in line to be the next Republic of Ireland manager.

Funny how he doesn't see it like that? He's said on numerous occasions he knows the mistakes he made with us and it made him a better manager.

He doesnt say those mistakes were match related. They were personnel related.

Absolute tit of a man. Estranged himself from fans, taking the team away to foreign places where no fans could go to for pre season matches. When he left the team was like 11 strangers on the park who had never trained together. If he returned, I wouldn’t be back at EEP. Look at what he did at Dundee as well, absolutely nothing , can talk the talk but can’t walk the walk !

2008 - FC METALURH ZAPORIZHYA & CFR TIMISOARA (Pretty sure this was a training camp somewhere?)
2009 - STIRLING ALBION, BLYTH SPARTANS & EAST FIFE
2010 - EAST FIFE

It has turned into a pretty vile forum to be honest with exception to a few.

A lot of posters moved on because of it, Digs, My Lovely Horse, DougieDave, Fu Manchu to name a few.

Sure most still look at this forum and have a chuckle at how horrendous it’s become.

Agreed, this used to be a great site, admin ruined it. There used to be some top banter on here with posters like Slim Hoolie, Fu Manchu, Honk, Dougie Dave and others. Nowadays, there is not so much reasoned discussion, no one can take a joke, it's full of trolls, and people desperate to be offended. Like the rest of the Internet, people are at one extreme or the other. Sad days for the site.
