 Man City 0-2 Wolves

Very unexpected home loss for City today.
I know it's early but an 8 point gap in October will require an epic run of form from City which we all know they're capable of but puts a lot of pressure on.

Liverpool will be all smiles this evening.

If you only turn up to moan then do it elsewhere

I had to laugh at a Leicester fan who phoned 6.06 last night claiming there was a conspiracy by the Premier League to keep less fashionable clubs like his out of the Champions League. They would never let Leicester's success in winning the League a few years ago be repeated. He made some of the conspiracy theorists who frequent our forums sound quite moderate.

Mind you, when I saw that penalty Liverpool were awarded in added time yesterday I wondered if he maybe had a point...

Liverpool won't screw this up. Their American owners have installed a new mentality into the club.

Turn on, Tune in, Drop out.

Different type of owners GG. Having said that under the Glazers Utd won the League five times.

Turn on, Tune in, Drop out.

Liverpool had a 10point gap at the turn of the year and still blew it last season did they not? Alot of football still to be played and they were lucky to scrap a win yesterday.

Awight Pat!

It was a 7 point lead by the turn of the year but this was the period Liverpool blew it.
Not so much losing to City but the draws they had.

Wolves good value for the win. They could have been 3 up at half time as City kept making mistakes that let them in.

Wolves were well organised and had a good press but the midfield three of Rodri, D Silva and Gundogan has looked oddly lacking in creativity in a few games this season and it was the same today. City were restricted to moving the ball from side to side and never really got in behind Wolves that often. Their best effort was a Silva free kick that came back off the bar at nil nil.

2nd half Wolves sat in more but were still defending well and looked to counter with Traore who's a flying machine. It's not often that the away team is the better side at the Etihad but Wolves can leave knowing that although City dominated possesion they probably had the better chances and more importantly took them when they came. Good day out if you're a Wolves fan.

If Liverpool avoid defeat in the head to heads they'll be extremely difficult to real in.

Wrong answer, TOWK. You should have said "Milking the cash cow for as much as they can".
