Tight...

10 points from top to bottom. All teams seem capable of taking points off each other. Certainly going to be a rollercoaster...

We're 2 pts off 4th and bottom. Very very tight.

Key statement - All teams seem capable of taking points off each other.

I've been saying for a long time that there is not much between the teams. Today was a great example. Ayr probably had more possession but Pars scored three outstanding goals and won the game. Play them again next week and probably Ayr win?

Not so sure about that Raymie, there was only going to be one winner today. It's the scoring that counts. If we can keep getting the ball to nestle in the net at regular intervals we will do well.

True paralex but if Gill hadn't been on top of his game today the points would have been heading down the 77

1 win between the promotion playoffs and the relegation playoffs. Incredible.

Not that different from last season really, any team can beat any other and few points separate most of the teams in the league. Think it has been a tough baptism for some of our youngsters in that first quarter but with more experience and a bit of toughening up, we can improve next quarter.

Thought we dug in and had done enough to merit a draw. Again.

For once we nicked a game we didn't really deserve to.

Makes a nice wee change

Agreed. A draw probably would have been fair. Excellent game though especially in the 2nd Half.

Awight Pat!

Disagree boys if you rise to the occasion as we did today and score the crucial goals you deserve to win and we did.

yes, we showed a lot of guts.

Conceding an unlucky goal right on HT, coming back to win... previously we would probably buckle.

Having said that, probably there will be weeks where it will not go right, same for most teams.

Dundee Utd coaching team were all signed up for another 2 years this week-and they took a serous doing!

The results today really show how tight this league is. In a lot of matches the first goal is going to be really important, but in addition to that desire and commitment will make a massive difference in most matches.

If we had just held out for another minute against Morton we would be sitting in 4th place now. No point crying over spilt milk, but it shows how fine the margins are in the Championship.

The winning habit, a bit of belief and a good feeling within the camp goes a long way towards a successful season. We have the makings of a good team that we can nurture and build on.

I was itching to post that but feared a negative backlash. It's absolutely true though. A couple of dodgy penalty decisions pinned us back too. I hope folk are looking at todays results and realising there is no disgrace in losing to any team in this league. There are no easy targets. Craw is holding his own with managers and squads of a very equal standard.

The league shows there isn't going to be a whipping boy team near the bottom.
Arbroath and Alloa more than holding their own.
QOS looked in a bad place a few weeks back, now they are 4th.
Thistle are still bottom but nobody seriously believes they won't climb the table.

All to play for in this league and no real standouts that are going to run away with it.

Would dearly love to see us go on a winning streak to take the pressure off.
