For most teams. Can see it going the whole way with just a few points between 5th and 10th.

Good comeback today from Alloa but they are defo the team heading down the way.

Playoff spot could be between 3-4 teams tho Fairley similar to last season.

Just sitting here drenched in my own negativity!

Why are we talking like this is acceptable? We should be up challenging not worrying about relegation with part-timers. Joke.

This....if we were subject to such whimpering acceptance during the dark days we would not have a club.

I Hope You're Ok Today....

I don't think anyone is accepting current form/position. Financially we are not in the same position we were 25 years ago. We just can't go out and get who we want in the Championship and start challenging. P/T teams are far more structured these days & it does not suit all to play F/T - Dobbie is not F/T at Queens.

This will take time.

I back Crawford but he will ultimately be judged on results.

We should be and we will be if we rebuild steadily at a pace we can afford.

I would imagine that info is available online or on request.
I'm not sure on that... But in the current climate it would seem likely

The Dundee United wage bill is currently around £4 million, while turnover – in these latest figures – is £3.12m (it was £3.19m the previous year).

Next couple of home games v Arbroath/QOS are key. If we get a good point tally we will be mid table, lose and we will be bottom or thereabouts. If we can’t beat either team then I am wondering who we can beat in the league!?

Getting the points is important but we need consistency in performances, structure and consistency in the team which has been lacking all season.

I am hoping we get the points and will be behind the team as always but nervous about an unfavourable outcome and where we go from there should it happen.

Agree summer, the occasional win is good but if we want to avoid spending the season fighting to avoid the bottom 2 slots were going to need to string back to back wins together a few times.

This where I worry....

That's good reading, I wonder how rich the American owner is.

Agree with the earlier poster about the next two home games. I would hope to get at least 4 points minimum from those two anything less and I think we are in for a very long season unfortunately.

Awight Pat!

Glad we got the win but it was an absolutely shocking 1st half and a mediocre 2nd. Attendance was poor again tonight, granted it was a Tuesday night.

We need to bring the excitement and passion back to EEP and get the fans back!

Bottom line is second home win in a row and finished at a canter against a team of caber tossers who tried to kick us off the park. They left the boot in after every failed tackle and should have ended with several double yellows.

Agreed. Ref was far too lenient with them. Committed umpteen fouls.
