I'm not superstitious but stats like the above make me feel uncomfortable.
Why? Because all runs - good or bad - eventually come to an end. I remember Hibs being on a terrible run of games - home and away - without a win. We were optimistic about keeping their poor run going, even though the game was at Easter Road.
They beat us 4-0. Their previous win had been 19 games ago - against the Pars at Easter Road.

Yes, funny that. I feel the same, Paralex and GG Riva. I don't think I'm superstitious but I never like to think the points are in the bag afore the match is played.
Morton's a championship team, capable of beating us. There's no gimmes in this league.

I'm not superstitious either but I have seen the Pars too often walking onto the park as if the game was in the bag before a ball was kicked and guess what, we lost. So I recommend treating every game as a cup final and as if the opposition were top of the league.

They certainly keep us guessing, our beloved Pars. π

I'm rubbish at predictions as well. On that basis I'll go for a championship record, 0-12. ( Jeesh I do hope there's nothin' tae this 'tempting fate' bit!) π

Morton play in a brutal style which is not good for a team like us. Would best if Paton and Ashcroft were in.....
The thing about stats is at some point the pattern stops and a new one begins- Morton look like most teams in this league, win a few , lose a few, get humped, hammer a big team.
I'm sure they have fans that go ballistic as well.
Looking forward today, have no idea what will happen.

They offered no threat in the first half and only went for it in the second half after going a goal down. If that's the way they play away from home I'm not surprised they have no points.

Worst team I have seen at EEP this season apart from Partick but they played full match with 10 men.
East End Park is a symbol of all that is DAFC.

I thought they were better than us for as long as the score was 2-1. An equaliser looked odds on and only a combination of poor finishing, bad luck and last ditch defending kept our lead intact. Some of their fouling was quite cynical and great to see the ref bring out his yellow card several times.
I don't think there's a great deal between any of the teams in our league. Dundee United looked far and away the best when they played us at EEP, but they've suffered some shocking results like that 4-0 drubbing at Palmerston, suggesting that they're no Barcelona.

I canβt say Iβve been taken with anyone this season suggesting they are all much of a muchness. Two season determining games coming up, positive results in those( 4 points would be great imho) and things get interesting
