Right problem solved.
No surprise to find it’s over officiousness from G4 stewards. Basically I was turned away at the gate to the ticket pod to get my ticket replaced as it shouldn’t have a barcode on it. Pod sends me to shop. Shop says “load of nonsense” and deliver a verbal reposte to said stewards over radio.
TypicL they pick a day when it’s p1shin down to try this nonsense.
