The underarm looks like it had scissor marks to cut it out. Maybe we're going for a vest next season.

Hope we don't p*ss about releasing a centimetre every day, just do a sneak preview as we have done and then post it the following day. Nothing worse than building a kit up for weeks then releasing it and it's actually garbage.

When will it be on sale? I don't normally wear football tops (too old) but I'd get one now while warm enough to wear in the garden and it may help throw a few pennies into the coffers

Normally it's around the first week of July when the open day happens, however that won't happen this year. I'm sure more will be revealed tonight at 6pm.

Pretty much the same as our kit from 18/19. Even down to the black at the bottom of the sleeves. Disappointing.

I will buy to help the club, or look to buy some of the new training / leisure kit if I like that better.

One thing about this strip it makes us look like Real Madrid from the back.

Pretty boring imo, looks like the one from two seasons ago. Loved the one we just had, something a bit different. Hopefully the away strip is a bit more exciting

I’ve only just noticed there’s a button at the neck. Would have preferred a v-next but I still think it’s nice.

Hoping it’s going to be red numbers on the back. Makes it easier to read from a distance.

Hopefully the away kit is a retro of the red and blue squares. Or the purple and green stripes. Or the all black one with gold piping.

Mon the Pars!!!!!!!!!!!

funny how people can see things differently, only thing that's noticeable for me is the position of the joma logo and the club badge, both should be in a similar position either on the white "stripe" or half and half imo.

like it though, works with the all white but could see black shorts with it too.

tomorrow for the away strip release, going to guess itll be mainly red or all red.

Don't like the away one as much - especially the way the stripes atop for the sponsor logo - and not having black shorts in this one means we're probably unlikely to see black shorts with the home kit (which is what I'd prefer by a long way). It also seems quite similar in a way to one we had a couple of years ago which was red with thin black and white horizontal stripes above the sponsor (which I actually really liked).

Have to agree with GJS93 but more about the position of the club logo could they not have put it in the middle of the white stripe making it more visible. That apart it is quite good.

Not so keen on the all white back, but otherwise a nice kit of the thicker stripes variety (and as the link below shows we have historically often played with thicker stripes, just as St Mirren have sometimes played in thin stripes). Because f my age and fond memories of our golden era I personally prefer candy stripes. However I understand the need for the club to keep changing kit to raise revenue.

Most of you will have seen the following historical football kit site; but if you haven't give it a look. Interesting to follow changes in kit over time.. historical kits link . In particular it is striking how so many teams in their early years experimented with a wide range of colours and designs only settling on what we today recognise as their kit type later on.

I agree with the remarks by Kelty Par.

The away strip Par suggested on 6th May looked superb.

I hate the stripe down the front of the away top.

The new home strip should be very popular.

All that matters is the opinion of the kids at the end of the day.

The away kit is really smart. My 12 year old son loves it too and will be buying it.

Home kit is OK. Not a patch on the candy stripes from a few years back.

like the red in the away strip - looks good as a football top but don't think i'd get it given the stripe down the front as would never wear it

i suppose i'd have preferred a plain red one without the stripe (like the netherlands top above) and would have got and wore that with jeans when kicking about...

in a bizarre way, they both look far too much like football tops for me to buy if that makes sense

"and not having black shorts in this one means we're probably unlikely to see black shorts with the home kit (which is what I'd prefer by a long way)"

they will probably keep a set or all of the black shorts from this seasons kit just in case of a clash of kits.
