Ok... Here's the process.
Before the https you need to put in one of these [ followed by url and then one of these ]
it should all be together... No spaces between it and no space between what you've just typed and the https bit.
Then at the end of the link you want to post it's the same only you add a / after the [ but before the url]
Again no spaces.
With images it's the same procedure but instead of url it's img.
