Time to try something a little different?
Fon Williams
Comrie
E Murray
Edwards
Watson
Whittaker
Dow
Wilson
McInroy
O`Hara
McManus
Subs: Gill, Mayo, Turner, F Murray, Banks, Thomas, McCann
A narrow midfield with the full backs to provide the width, McManus dropping a little deeper to help out in midfield as well and O`Hara to offer a threat in behind as you`d imagine that Hearts will push forward and there should be some space.

no for me.
2 decisions to make imo, do you put Banks straight in and given how well he did against Hearts at EEP does McInroy come in.
i wouldnt be surprised if the same team as last week starts but its the same plan or very similar to the previous Hearts game.

I’d have O’Hara in from the start. He has pace and plays on the shoulder. We will likely play on the break quite a bit. I think it was the 3rd Raith goal that showed Halkett up as a big lumbering centre half. I’d probably play Banks as well.
Would not be surprised if SC finds a place for Mayo to help combat the aerial threat, possibly in a 3 man centre half with the full backs pushed on.
Mon the Pars!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it when we go sell Kevin Nisbet,
He's gonna pay for everyone this season.

If either of our new signings plays surely it will be Banks rather than MacDonald who is to return on loan to Airdrie if League 1 resumes?

Presumably MacDonald is still with us at the moment though - so available for selection?
I think it would be a big call for me to put Banks into my 7 man defence. If Lewis Martin is half fit, I could be tempted to make it an 8, drop McInroy to the bench and play Fraser Murray as a false 9.

to combat the aerial threat we will need to go big tomorrow I think so fully expect Wilson Mayo Whittaker McInroy to all feature.
Question is Mayo in midfield or at full back
Would go with
Fon Williams
Mayo
Murray
Watson
Edwards
Whittaker
McInroy
Banks
Wilson
Fraser Murray
McManus
Tough in Comrie and Turner but need combat what Hearts will throw at us which think that team above does and has legs, physicallity, ability to play on the break and creativity

Did turner not get the nod from the start in the 1st hearts game and held his own no bother and drawing fouls from them offering us a way out

yes but that was a good number of weeks ago and don't think he or Thomas has performed since that game.

Turner first name on the team sheet for me.
I’d bring Banks in - both Thomas and Dow have been poor and could be better at the moment as options from the bench.
