I was watching the highlights and it started buffering. I now can`t get get it back as I keep getting the message `page is unresponsive` when I try to refresh. Exited the page a few times and tried again but the stream is frozen.

one thing to help is if you get a black screen, press the pause button on bottom left of video frame, wait 20 seconds then press play.

Camerawork is poor, barely seeing the crossbar of the goal on corners, getting a great view of all that empty grass between the halfway line and the semicircle on corners too, same with throw ins, barely seeing the throwers head.... But worse is the constant freezing of the stream every minute or so, using microsoft edge

thanks very much for your feedback.
the ParsTV team have made some minor adjustments to try and see if we can improve. keeping on top of some of the technology can be challenging.

there are still one or two users with issues so we need to see how best we can solve your issues.
for example, Connor you said stream dropped for 5 minutes. I believe it did at your end but its clear that the system was working well to get the stream out to others.
we need more information on your browser and device.

Brian might be a daft question and totally not related but if we have some kind of sharing with with QOS going on could we have benefitted in anyway fron them playing away from home today, whereas last week they were at home ? I'm total non techie so could be talking mince but just crossed my mind today and was going to check the next time we are both at home.

with regard to the direction to the QOSTV website last week.
that was due to an error on the script (by me) that handled invalid logins, I was updating it and copied the wrong section to ParsTV, the Home button was setu to retun to wrong location.
This meant that it affected only people who had enterred an incorrect email/password (it may also have occurred on a refresh button thinking the loginf details were incorrect).

Also to the question about ParsTV and QOSTV sharing the same OTT Platform.
The settings were tweaked a little again today in our streaming setting setup which explains some people having a better experience today (and not related to numbers of people using the platform).
I`ve tried to tweak the settings occassionally to overcome some issues reported on some devices such as Smart TV`s (though it seems some SmartTV`s are difficult for us to solve)

Well what could make the service better Brian? A general question not a dig (I have no reason to have a dig)
How can people get a more stable stream? I know broadband provider and location could be an issue but i am just curious

Polt,
No it`s a sensible question.
Best way is for us to get a channel on Sky or BT Sport 😱

The issue I see is that the vast majority seem to be fine. We have tried to tweak things to cope with some issues, which have caused some issues.

I`ve recently added Stream buttons on the video page to provide different options. Over the last couple games we`ve identified how to set these up. So we can make changes to additional buttons without affect stream 1.

I think I`ll get a feedback form setup so we can find out clearly which devices work and which ones don`t.

It should be noted that we continually monitor the live streams and do know if it goes down. We`ve only had one drop recently , the Morton game for a few seconds around 16:35
From that perspective we know the stream is going out and received back in (on a LAN and WiFi connection)

However, it would be good to identify and solve individual issues

My comment is that I can't follow the ball in the air. As soon as it's above the grass, moving at speed, it might as well be invisible. Doesn't matter how I view the game. Chrome browser on phone casting to chromecast, laptop to TV via hdmi, or just watching on a laptop.

I also had some pauses yesterday; audio continued, but the video paused, for a few seconds at a time.

No problems on Netflix, prime video, iplayer, etc, so can't see it being a household broadband issue.

All that said, I appreciate the service.

Thanks for answering that, it is tricky as your trying to solve multiple issues (regardless if it is user issues) over multiple platforms.
A feedback form might help.
