Lol the boys never scored a goal in his life and to be honest has never looked like coming close. Another of our youngsters who hasn’t made the grade.

Zero impact and if anything he made us worse which is a hell of an achievement!

Just sitting here drenched in my own negativity!

the only creative player on the park
Mcann I gave him the benefit of the doubt a long time ago but I can see he is not getting any better , so let him go and release a wage

TBH nothing SC does should baffle any of us ! we should be used to it
this happens every game
I thought tonight after throwing away the game on Saturday we would have been well and truly up for it ! even thought we would win , but I should have listened to my head not my heart !

One of the worst subs you`re likely to see. Trailing by two goals and he takes off our most creative player for someone who was utterly anonymous

It pains me to say it but part of me was actually willing them to put more past us tonight so we could finally face up to the fact that we`ve been truly awful for so long now. The inconsistency of the clubs around us has masked how bad we`ve really been. It`s time to start addressing the rot that set in months ago

Tonight is at Crawford's door.

No because he is crap and gets chance after chance , get rid of the deadwood taking up wages , he may be a better joiner or plumber but he is never a footballer so why should we continue to watch his garbage after 3 years and 27 appearances he’s not looked like scoring it in fact looked like doing anything.

I'm talking about a wee bit human decency for a young man trying to make a living.
Let the man take the hit tonight, Crawford.

Have to agree with Rasta, McCann was not in any way at fault for this result, I’d struggle to blame any of the players to be honest, they looked completely lost.

Crawford has to take this one. I’ve noticed Craws post match interview isn’t up yet when it usually is by now.

Yep berating McCann is not right. Unfortunately like a lot of players he hasn’t played well under Crawford.

It’s quite clear that Crawford manages to take good players and quicker than you can say ‘Tactics are they not the mints in the plastic box’ plays them out of position and turns them into dross.

You never know another manager could come in, play him properly and find out he’s a gem (or maybe not). But judging players abilities at the moment is difficult

No sorry , spent enough money watching home and away over last few years to watch this 6’2 manakin do jack sh&t in every appearance. Should not be near our team , next manager needs to give him a cuddle and an Asda application form.

I hope you wake up in the morning and realise at this point you are simply being cruel...with no need.
Was any player going to get us out the mire tonight?
No, we were set up ineptly and there's no heart or inspiration from the management.
Give the guy a break.

It’s not really difficult to judge players abilities when they are so ineffective in every single one of their 27 performances for the club under different management team and in differing positions. Every one has been turgid and offered nothing but an advantage to the opposition.

And who managed most of those if not all games?
Time for bed, might be a better morning eh.

A bizarre substitution certainly, in what was a completely bonkers tactical approach. Fair enough if you don`t rate McCann but no real need to slate him, he`s not a central midfielder (or wide player for my money), he`s a centre forward - at the moment a 4th choice centre forward. Clearly like almost all the squad (apart from possibly Wighton and O`Hara) his confidence is low, he`s not scored a goal either which undoubtedly will play on any attacking players mind. I wouldn`t give up on the guy yet.

Mcann has the stature and pace to be a decent striker yet when on the the ball looks lost perhaps he should have been sent out on loan for a season to the lower league to up his confidence a bit

By all means send him out on loan, he might bundle a few in somewhere in division 2.

He’s got the stature but is not a professional footballer. It’s obvious, look at Callum smith, even at 17 he had a couple of good games and scored some goal, McCann looks like having even an average game where he contributes something is to much to ask.
