Sliema, you forgot to nominate the penalty takers!

Has anything on our away form this season not made you think that after 90mins we won’t be hopeful the ref stops the game sharp just to give us some dignity?

Sadly Not getting a couple on Tuesday I predict will mean the tie is over in the first 1/2 hour.

If sport was that predictable there would be no point in playing any games. In any case Rovers have only won 6 of their 13 home League fixtures. They might be favourites but not exactly stick-ons.

I don`t like the idea of having our three first-choice forwards on from the start when we could be chasing a goal later on in the game. As I see it, the only question mark over the line-up from the first leg would be who to replace McManus?

Murray, if fit, would be the first choice as he has already had goals against Rovers and can slot in anywhere along that midfield line. Also our best free-kick taker. Otherwise, it`s McInroy, I suppose; possibly Mayo, but that would signal a more defensive-minded approach.

If we can have McManus, Banks, McInroy, Mayo and Gasputis on the bench, then Stevie has plenty of options to change things up, especially if the match goes into extra time.

Same team for me, Whittaker potentially out for Mayo if he isn't fit enough.

Yep. McManus out, Mayo in. A sensible and hopefully safe lineup. It makes sense to keep some firepower in reserve in a game like this.
