I`d imagine we will get a goalkeeper coach because if I recall the German group did not seem to happy about having our no 1 keeper as a goalkeeping coach.

I’d imagine OFW’s coat might be on a shoogly peg. While he has saved us on a few occasions there have been way too many howlers! I’m sure PG when the homework was done last season for Alloa would have noticed

Oaft, certainly not in the frame to be the clubs next dietitian anyway. Not surprised he works with goalies, certainly fills the goal frame

Could have a point there Charlie didn't know he was previously with BF. As for commenting about his size red star par, that's got sweet fk all to do with his knowledge or work as a coach. No need for comments like that tbh.

We are a Scottish Championship club and are flattered to have a Welsh International goalkeeper yet we get an occasional post saying his jaiket is on a shoogly peg.

Words fail me.

Consider performances such as at Dens Park.

Mind you, there used to be Folk on this Forum who hilariously preferred Scully to Robinson till the disasters became impossible to ignore.

Time to book Specsavers?

Scully was player of the season two years in a row.

I love it when we go sell Kevin Nisbet,
He's gonna pay for everyone this season.

Scully was phenomenal in his first round with us so we knew what he was capable of and it’s a lot more than Robinson could’ve offered up. Just a shame he couldn’t reach the same standard.

Robinson was an absolute charlatan of a goalkeeper. He had an outstanding debut against Falkirk. That was it.

I think that's a bit harsh. He was fine for us - you just got the feeling that he wouldn't have been a popular figure in a dressing room.

Also, his penalty shenanigans were annoying, especially as they never worked. Could have stood there all day and not saved one.

Welsh international 🤣 played 16 mins for the full team and still managed to let in the winning goal. You quote one game at Dens what about the howlers in many other games ?
Only people who need to book spec savers are yourself and OFW.

To be fair to OFW, who is a lovely guy, the one goal he let in was to Arjen Robben.

He was also in the squad multiple times. Just happens that he was always 3rd choice, which is no disgrace.

He's not anymore, and he's playing in the Scottish Championship, which hints more that he's peaked as opposed to never being up to International squad player standard.

Talking of him as an international player is totally meaningless, though. Of course it`s no disgrace to to have made an international squad as third choice, but if competition is not especially strong for that position, it`s not necessarily a great achievement or indication that he`s a class above what we should normally expect, contrary to the line form Sliema.

I have to say though, Sliema Par`s posts really are things of wonder and beauty - I`ve never come across anyone else who can so eloquently, on any given subject, express opinions that I completely disagree with.

I say that defiantly.

OFW is a great person but not a great GK. I`d imagine the player between the sticks will be grants for priority to bring in!
