 Italy v Wales

I see Roberto Mancini has made 8 changes for this game. I wonder if a Wales win would not be a disaster for Italy? I haven't checked it out but a relative of mine said that the Group A winners will go into the more difficult half of draw.

Call me an old cynic......

GG, with this bring the first group to be decided and the other groups still very much undecided I don`t think it can be known which half of the draw is the easiest.
Are the Italian players wearing black armbands?

Yea, I know. My source told me finishing top of Group A could potentially need Italy to play Netherlands, Belgium and France before the final. The other half of the draw is likely to comprise of diddy teams like Germany and England.... ☺

We'll know soon enough.........

Slightly off topic but did anybody watch the highlights of the Switzerland-Turkey game? Both teams attacked at every opportunity, some truly brilliant goals and great saves from both keepers, but especially from Jan Sommer in the Swiss goal.

Watched the game and Italy easily have the best national anthem. Makes me smile every time. Do the crowd hum or sing before the words start?
