interesting that they said the problem england have us that they have not been tested so far, unlike portugal, france and germany . and that’s why they were poor.
sadly truth is they are poor, we played them off park highlighting how poor they are. they have qualified with two one nils against teams that performed badly, they get through because of scrappy goal by a diver, sorry poor team and arrogant commentators and pundits.

Don`t worry. Average German team or great German team, it doesn`t matter one iota, they`ll still beat England.

Probably on penalties 😅.

O yes, played them off the park and drew! We’re so much better than them.
They won the section and we were bottom, brilliant, why do we keep deluding ourselves
☹️

Aren`t we allowed to express an opinion on any team that did better than us? Any thread about the Euros would be pretty dull if that were the case.

We were better than them in a one off game. I've not heard one single person say we're a better team than them.

Scotland performed well, but "played them off the park" is a bit OTT - England did not conceded a goal in the three qualifying games, Italy only likewise.

On subject of commentary, how teuchter did Kevin Gallagher sound?

Don't remember him sounding like that when he was interviewed as a player, plus he spent a large chunk of his career down south.

Was like listening to Hector Brocklebank at times ;-)
