 Raith v Hamilton
Topic Originator: DunfyDave

Raith Rovers 4 - 0 up against Hamilton after 68 minutes and blow the lead to draw 4-4 at home as Hamilton score 4 in the last 22 minutes.

Got to hurt if your a Rovers fan watching your team squander a 4 goal lead at home with 22 minutes left on the clock.

Bring on the first derby match. McGlynn is no genius, just a lucky chancer.

Ok maybe it blew up on them but they were good enough to go 4 up in the first place.
That`s still pretty good in my book.

Would you have felt like that if we`d surrendered a four-goal lead at home with 22 minutes to go?

Dodged a bullet with Berra in my opinion. Was clear from his last season or two at Hearts he was miles off it.

Awight Pat!

Yes I know, but that`s what you get when you go for Berra..

I`m sure they`ll take a lot from the the first 70mins also.

Both sides are mid-table canon fodder

I love it when we go sell Kevin Nisbet,
He's gonna pay for everyone this season.

Just watched the highlights and each defence was as bad as each other!

Raith had plenty men back but not picking up and Hamilton seem to be missing a centre half in the middle for most of the highlights was huge huge gaps in the defence.

Raith will be challenging for the playoffs, potentially the title if they keep Vaughan fit.

Ironically both teams fortunes will hinge on there injury prone player, for Hamilton having Templeton to bring on is massive, he seems to have changed the game.

Speaking to a very good friend of mine, Rovers supporter.
They made 3 subs, one was Vaughan, manager thinking the game was done and dusted and the replacement Fotheringham was rank, he couldn`t hold the ball up etc etc and he said that was the catalyst for the comeback.
But he reckond, up till then they were as good as the spanking they handed to us.

If they can keep Vaughan fit all season I think they`ll be a worry.
I just hope our players can handle the pressure of obvious expectations within the club.
