Here`s a chance to own James Craigen`s shirt from the matches played in September 2018 to mark the centenary of The Seven Heroes of Mouevres, where Sgt James Hunter won the Victoria Cross (commemorated by the plinth and seat outside EEP).
The shirt has a unique "Seven Heroes" badge, for which special approval was granted by the SPFL. It`s a very smart shirt in its own right, and the special badge adds that bit extra.
All money raised goes to the DADSC fund to provide access to the 1st Floor at EEP for wheelchair users and fans with mobility problems.
Bids should be submitted on this thread, in whole pounds. There is a reserve price of £30, but please don`t let that stop you bidding higher!
The auction will close on Thursday 5 August at 8.59pm (as measured by the dafc.net system). So the winning bid MUST be timed at 20:59 (8.59pm) or earlier.

First day over, a few good opening shots in the bidding war with md14.-pars in the lead with £70.
It`s now the expected lull in the middle of an auction. Bear it in mind though, and if you want to put in a bid that will blow everyone else away, now is a good time to do it.
The auction will close on Thursday 5 August at 8.59pm (as measured by the dafc.net system). So the winning bid MUST be timed at 20:59 (8.59pm) or earlier.

These special shirts available to buy over the counter, they were specially produced to commemorate the First World War Heroes, they also acted as the clubs third strip for the season
Only x 50 were produced and those which were not worn by the first team and subsequently auctioned off were given to other causes to raise funds, to a local five a side team or to people who had helped the club in some way
This is a rare opportunity to own a special shirt that won’t come along very often

Stanza, I saw you auctioned the goalkeeper shirt from the Hibs game with the DADSC logo on it, do you know if there any of the player shirts available for auction or sale?

Hi Andrew,
All the DA-Day shirts with the DADSC badge were auctioned after the match in 2016, some for quite considerable amounts.
AFAIK they are all still owned by the original purchasers, and the Sean Murdoch shirt was only up for auction* because it had been generously donated to DADSC for that purpose by the original purchaser.
*It's perhaps worth noting that the winner in the Sean's Shirt auction was so delighted to be successful that he actually gave DADSC well in excess of his winning bid.
So all I can say with certainty is that DADSC has no plans to auction any more DA-Day shirts (unless some kind person donates another one!)
But back to this week's auction - the Seven Heroes shirt is well worth having - the current leading bid is only £70 and it's a snip at that price.

It`s a tricky time for an auction, with live football all evening on BBC Scotland.
So if you can tear yourself away from The Saintees` shot at glory you might be able to get a sneaky shot past RossDAFC, who is currently in the lead with £125.
The auction must close this evening (Thursday 5 August) and the winning bid MUST be timed at 20:59 (8.59pm) or earlier, as recorded by the dafc.net system.

What a great contest.
Thank you so much to everyone who took part - the winning bid of £140 coming in from Ryan S. This will be a huge help towards getting proper access to the 1st Floor at EEP for our supporters who use a wheelchair or who have mobility problems.
Many thanks once again to the Pars family - onwards and upwards
