As the title says, German football is back on sky after a long absence for the next 4 seasons. This is great news. For anyone who hasn’t any knowledge of the German game, this is what football should be.

Happy Days. Italian football is a good watch at the moment too so would be good if they could pick that up too whenever that comes up for renewal.

BT seem to be losing out on a few things recently.

Yup, it`s good football. Fast paced attacking football. I`m mad for it as some mancunians might say.

Good stuff. Packed stadiums and great atmosphere at all the games
Would like to see Spanish and Italian football back too
It's bloody tough being a legend

So which German side should I root for then?
I've been to stuttgart years ago and loved the feel of the place, I've got an auntie in koln (but never speak to her!) and have never been there
Edited to say I don't even know if those two are in the top league

Don't know why but I like Dortmund and St Pauli in Bundesliga 2
East End Park is a symbol of all that is DAFC.

For all they do well, it's a pity there's no proper opposition to Bayern.
It's also disappointing that all the best players seen to have the ultimate ambition to play for them.

I love it when we go sell Kevin Nisbet,
He's gonna pay for everyone this season.

A shame its moved to Sky as I don`t think they`ll give it as much coverage as BT did (they showed loads of games not just the big teams and also a fair few from 2. Bundesliga which hasn`t been mentioned in the press release). The day BT decided to ignore the European leagues and cancel the Euro Football show on Sunday nights (when you`d often have the choice of an Italian, German and French game; sometimes they`d show one from Portugal or Turkey too) and spend their money on WWE instead was a sad day for fans of the Euro leagues.
