Seems theres a lot of mixed feeling on the issue of results and appointment of Peter Grant....
Im first to admit i didnt agree with the appointment but when the mans in charge then as a fan of the club we need to back him.
Since then my opinion has changed, teams playing dreadful, results are shocken ect ect...
What i want to know is if the result does not go our way today, who thinks GRANT NEEDS TO GO..
PARS DOWN TO THE BONE, ITS IN MY BLOOD

If you mean sort it today by winning then yes. Today is as much time as what he should have left. He doesnāt win and there is no way he should be managing our club. He is ruining our club and we are probably going to be battling relegation when the aim was to win the league. He has to pay the price for that.

Iām struggling to remember a managerial appointment having such a negative impact on a side like what we are seeing, turned us from top half into bottom in no time all all.
Now I know why he doesnāt bother with a CV! Best heāll not

Well according to the pundits on BBC radio something has to be done now, one comment was that the players dont seem to know what is being asked of them and then that it does not look like they are playing for him. Chat about being 4 points adrift and it being a decent squad. Absolutely dire.

Has to go, we are in free fall, we can't score or create enough and we are leaky at the back. Performances have been consistently terrible, time for the board to admit they screwed up and punt this clown. Spend the money and get a manager in with some pedigree that can actually get us moving in the right direction.

Worth considering any free agents now will be for a reason, and will also be horrendously short of match fitness.

I really donāt think we have a bad squad of players, certainly not the worst in the league, and definitely better than the 3 or 4 teams directly above us.
This was echoed by the pundits on Radio Scotland today, the reporter at the game didnāt think the players knew what formation/tactics they were meant to be playing.
Get rid of him tonight and we have two weeks before our next game to ask for applications and do interviews. Let Shields and Whittaker take the training until someone new comes in.

I honestly don`t think we need to sign any new players .. we have some very good players .. all we need is some one to get the best out of them .. man manage them .. cajole them .. cuddle them .. kick their erse .. whatever it takes .. but P.G. does not appear to be that man unfortunately .. Hands up here I thought he would have been OK but I am wrong yet again

I think we have made some poor signings over the summer but you have to hope that they can improve. There was effort on the park today and for me Kennedy and Connolly and Gaspuitis played well. We were second best in midfield, and had nothing upfront. Wighton was upset to come off but I don't think he played well. No creativity at all and we were very static leaving few options to play the ball out of defence. We played better in the 2nd half but QOS were the better side for 80 minutes in my view and the goal was coming.
Upshot of what I have seen over the last few weeks is that we are bottom half of the league material. A new manager may make a marginal improvement but its down to the players and teamwork as well. There is alot of hard work to be done by any new manager but personally we are not anywhere near good enough to be challenging for promotion with the players we have.
