To put things in perspective:
Former Par Glass seems to be struggling at the Dons.
Why is this - are his North American learned ideas going down badly? Is he too inexperienced?
What would you do if you were the Aberdeen board? VoC?
Would you take him at EEP? (I`m not trying to tap him up for a vacancy that doesn`t exist)

He was also brought in for his style of play which he is still sticking to despite a bad start.
Grant signed all them centre backs and told the players we will be playing out from the back and building play then totally abandoned it.
No wonder the players don't believe in the manager. Back to Glass, I believe he will come good.

He was a terrible appointment. Far too Inexperienced. Their bad start is no surprise. He’ll be sacked shortly.

I agree with never10yairds, unfortunately I think Aberdeen will make same mistake again by leaving Scott Brown in charge of the club.
East End Park is a symbol of all that is DAFC.
