Another exciting young player that can play for Scotland, although…another full back.
Should we make a move?

Represented England at all youth levels he could and also had the option of Portugal. If in a few years he knows he isn`t going to play for either of them he might give us a chance.
Unless you have seen an article or something Berry where he appears keen to play for Scotland?
And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

His mother was born in Scotland and is keen for him to play for us, but yes you’re right he has the luxury of England and Portugal as well.

Call him up to the sqaud, wine and dine him, do whatever it takes! We need a right back to compliment what we have on the left hand side, would be a no brainer imo

we need competition for Patterson to get the best from them both and keep them on the top of their game for their clubs

SOD is still a better option for Scotland that Patterson from what I've seen of them both.

Livramento is a better prospect than Paterson. He’s been Southampton’s stand out player this season. If there is a chance of getting him in the squad they should not think twice. Chelsea think highly enough of him to keep a buyback option.

A talented English player highly rated by Chelsea, a stand out in the premier league and with Portugal as back up in case he doesn’t get picked for his obvious first choice England. Yup, I’m sure he’d jump at the chance to play for Scotland. Utterly outrageous.

Patterson has been awful tonight. His mistake leading to the foul for the 1st goal, continually losing the ball, poor decision making. Ok he`s a young lad & will learn from this hopefullyWarringtonPar wrote:

Well Zod, let’s look at England he has competition with the following:
Kyle Walker
Trent Alexander Arnold
Reece James
Kieran Trippier
Then you also have players like Wan Bissaka, Brightons Lamptey.
So much competition for that position.
Dunno about Portugal mind you.

To be fair to young Patterson much improved performance 2nd half. Don`t know what Stevie Clarke said to him & the rest of the team but it certainly worked
