Seen that earlier, Soccer Saturday isn’t the same without the guys that got emptied out, but will be even more dire when Jeff goes 😞😞

Maybe we can do swap. Jeff’s yellow tie can cheer up East End Park.

Jeff has gone a bit stale. Time to let a woman or someone less privileged take over I guess. Clinton morisson is great so he is.

Soccer Saturday used to be great for days out with mates, all checking your bets, shouting at the screen when goals went in but then came the goal alerts from bet365 and similar score apps that are sometimes a good few mins before the goal shows on soccer Saturday. Instead of that excitement of seeing a last min goal you always have that one mate that tells you it’s happened before you see it even though you’ve told him you’d rather get the excitement of seeing it first. Just not the same experience. What we do now is use one phone, load all our bets on to alerts and place phone in the middle of the table. We’re now all tentatively waiting for this phone to light up, vibrate and cheer!!

Agree it’s went downhill with some of the personnel changes but now it will never be the same. I hope he goes somewhere else and does a similar show.

I did like the show with the regular team but Charlie Nicholas was always difficult to follow as if he had some kind of verbal dyslexia. I could follow the thought patterns of most Scots and it was great to see James McFadden on match of the day 2 last week showing real skill as a pundit but Charlie can be rather confusing. I thought Jeff let himself down with the betting advertising lark. I`m sure he didn`t need the money and I would reckon with his influence he led many susceptible people down the wrong road.
