Not sure if this has been put up elsewhere but it was released a few days ago. There`s a few humorous Pars related anecdotes. This is the 3rd episode. Tony Pulis and Harry Redknapp are the others.

Listened to the Podcast it was brilliant. What a character Dick Campbell is!
Having listened to him I have changed my mind and would love him to be the next Pars manager. I think he could manage the team well, and also the BOD, who clearly need someone who has his level of experience.

Thought It was a total cringefest. Nothing remotely professional in it.

It's not supposed to be professional though. Its light-hearted and good entertainment.

It was a wee bit sycophantic for me. Reminded me of the Jonathan Watson skit as Chic Young asking Laudrup why he was so good.
It's a good show though.

Dick would bring a team spirit this club badly needs.

Most Arbroath players will be on more money than the Pars players overall I would expect.

The Eddie Cunnington story is a work of fiction.

There's a joke in there somewhere. Probably one worthy of a red card!

I really enjoyed that, work of fiction or not Dick pulls you right into the story, then the sucker punch by Sir Bert.
Superb

Must have a phone the size of Dom Jolly's with the amount of folk he knows and name dropping as 'a right guid pal of mine' type thing.
Not watched it all yet but if it is the same Eddie Cunnington story i'm assuming it is - regarding Brian Laudrup at East End - then it's been trotted out by him on the after dinner circuit for years and duly grown arms and legs like all these similarly embelished stories seem to.

Yeah. Listen, Dick has forgotten more about football than I've ever known but Cunnington didn't play at the same time as Laudrup who wasn't managed by Advocaat. He's no doubt mixed up the personnel.
