end of the day, the Dane`s have qualified and this game should be meaningless - which should give them licence to play freely or even blood new players
for Denmark the party really should already be over and the hangover cleared...
but with all this talk of 100% records, bonus money of over £100k for each player if they win tonight - have they actually put themselves under uneccessary pressure which could result in a nervy/tense affair for them?
in reality, we`re the only ones who can improve our lot as a result of tonights game, so we should be the nervy team, but have Denmark talked themselves into pressure tonight and will that benefit us?

No. We might sneak a draw tonight, but in reality without McTominay, Hanley, Patterson and maybe Dykes we're up against it.
I reckon 2-0 Denmark meaning we're unseeded in the playoffs.

I don`t think we can complain if that`s who`s out.
Gordon, Tierney, Robertson, Gilmour and McGinn are our best 5 players - and they seem to be available. The quality of player filtering in around them are all of similar quality and we should be able to cope.
That`s not to say they should beat the Danes... but don`t ask the names... that`s living alright.

If I'm interpreting the tables correctly (big If!), a defeat doesn't necessarily mean we're out of the playoffs. We're level with Wales on goal difference and they are ahead of us on goals scored. If we do lose but Wales suffer a greater defeat then we move above them into the final seeding spot.
Turkey are level with Norway and are both two points behind us so need to beat Montenegro away to move above us. If they fail to win Norway would have to win away at the Netherlands who would then finish 2nd with 14 points I think and a better goal difference than us. If both sides fail to win we retain our seeding.
Finally Finland are 3 points behind us and 3 goals behind us. They have France at home for their last game so they would have to win that and have a big enough goal swing.
It goes without saying a Scotland win that betters Wales result is the best outcome but a defeat doesn't mean we have no chance of making the playoffs as Wales having a worse result against Belgium and Turkey, Norway and Finland failing to win wouldn't all be shock results.

What the hell is the point in a bonus for a 100% win records? If they won all of their matches then the league would likely be won long before that last game. So why not just give a bonus for qualifying top of the group, if its not a vanity project?

If Dunfermline were top of championship with 1 game to play against team in 2nd, 35 wins,no draws and no defeats . Would you want them to get a bonus for 36 wins from 36 games.
I know I would want to give them all the incentive I could

You`re right we wouldn`t be out of the play-offs, London. Yes I think you`re right - if Turkey, Norway and Finland all fail to win, we`ll be seeded. (EDIT - maybe not - see Czech Republic note in post below)
I don`t know if Wales are relevant because they`ve already qualified by winning their Nations league group?
We need to be one of the six best second placed teams to get seeded. It looks like there`s already five ahead of us (Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Russia, Poland).

It`s a mental quagmire trying to figure out the seeding situation London, but I think you`ve done it.
FEk - I think a big GD swing towards Czech Republic could see them ahead of us as well. They play Estonia in CR. But it`ll only do it for them if they get above Wales? See what I mean - quagmire.
