 Buying tickets online

Is there a known issue with the site? I have tried 3 or 4 times to purchase tickets and it won't allow me, keeps saying my tickets could not be fully booked.

Ticket booth between Norrie and Main will be open if you can`t get one on line.

Bought my sons tickets last night. First one scanned no probs. Second one showing already scanned. How is that even possible??
