As a former football manager, I could see the obvious difference between Dunfermline 2 weeks ago to, today.
Then: we looked scared on the ball in case we made mistakes.
Now: Every player WANTED that ball.
That is such a huge thing in a football team.
I don't know why or the reasons but two wins in succession suggests our new manager has gotten through to the squad.
It's very unlikely we can get enough points to get into the playoffs this season but I definitely think we have the right man in charge.
His body language, his instant connection with our fans during and after the game fills me with confidence.

The difference between someone who can talk all day and someone who can talk when it matters?

Was in hospitality today & lucky to be in one of the boxes.
Right in front of us in the second half, Dorrans nipped in and won the ball.
Not a huge event but for me, summed up the difference in our team today - they were trying things both in defence and attack we wouldn't have 2 games ago.
Confidence!! Night & blooming day!!!

This in a nut shell fella here we have a manager who not only prepares the team for the game on Saturday he also prepares the players for the individual battles they will face on the pitch

Yogi stood with Kai Kennedy for 2-3 after the halftime whistle pointing stuff out to him, before he went in at halftime , imagine pointing out what is required and expected at the club now .

Usually, the opposing team is more likely to score from a pars corner than pars are, today was the most dangerous I've seen us at corners in a long time.
Add to that, we won pretty much every 2nd ball, again something that we've not witnessed in a few years.
The team looked like they knew what was expected, they were organised, and they played with desire. Yes, Ayr were poor, but they dominated us recently and this was a complete 180.
I thoroughly enjoyed today, and it's been a while since I've been able to say that.

Today was brilliant. Great to see, and much needed for the club, players and fans. Let's stay realistic and grounded though, loads of work still to do

Noticed that too, and Kennedy wasn't even playing!

Another small detail I seen was at full-time. O'Hara went to head off towards the tunnel and Hughes called him back and told him to get over to applaud the supporters. Little things make big differences.
