After all the euphoria surrounding Saturday`s win I`d forgotten that John Collins was in the directors` box for the match. Did anyone else spot him or did I imagine it? Is there a connection with Yogi maybe?

They're very good friends, allegedly, Eck.
Not your average Sunday League player.

Good pals and both heavily into their cycling as my pal regularly sees them on the same route.

As a pretty crappy amateur cyclist I love yogi even more now! 😀

Heard a couple of years back that it's an open secret that Yogi uses John Collins as a consultant (basically he is Iain Munro to Yogi's Leishman)

If they aren't then these rides never happened 😂
Two very common names so expect you'd struggle to find them. Unless John Hughes is called something like 'Big Yogi ♥️ DAFC'.

Much prefer the Gregor Abel analogy.

If he's yogis Iain Munro ,get the bar steward banned from EEP now.
We all know how that ended
East End Park is a symbol of all that is DAFC.

It's a fitness tracker that tracks and gives you data on any fitness activities you use, will give you times/distances etc, will also breakdown what your splits were for each mile, it's very good.
Also a social media aspect in that you can follow your mates.

Strava is a bit like Facebook/Instagram but for fitness. Instead of people posting pictures of their dinner they show pictures and statistics of their workout. "It doesn`t count unless its on Strava" - For boring farts like myself I go out still with the old casio watch then maybe I will tell someone where I went if it was interesting.

Strava is a means for thief’s and robbers to see who has a bike in their shed by monitoring their tracking and exercise habits. I use it, but never start Strava from my house. Always make sure to start your Strava on your bike next to the guy up the road you don’t get on with….😂. Only joking don’t do that.

Actually back to football. Players also use tracking on the pitch to see where the majority of the game is played, but more likely to be using Polar instead of Strava.

As others have said, John Collins and Yogi are good mates. They also worked together at Livi, Yogi was manager and John was Director of Football.

If Mr C wants to model for the Pars calendar I’d definitely buy it.
