Are those of us south of the border allowed to watch the Thistle game? I think the English FA ban only applies to Saturday afternoons?

Should I take the risk from Portugal on Friday? Last game I watched from overseas was the inglorious play off defeat by Cowdenbeath from Nazareth, Israel. But it was surreal watching a game from Central Park Cowdenbeath (which I consider is my home town) from the middle east.
