Seemingly Lewis Martin was involved fingers crossed he can get and stay fit. I actually remember him having a good game in Midfield up at Dundee Utd.

That`s a bit of good news, hopefully he can kick on to his previous standard. 🤞

I remember him having a shocker at Tannadice.
I did though like him when playing at fullback.

If Lewis has played today that is great news. Hopefully he came through without any problems. If you read this Levis the best of luck and I hope that you have recovered.

I think he is best at full back - but I too thought he played well in midfield up at Tannadice.
Don`t know how long he got against Livi but he did get 30 minutes against Hibs last week.
We seem to be treating him well seeing as he is out of contract and hopefully he can recover from this injury hell. Who knows - he could be offered a new contract in January.

I never liked Lewis Martin in midfield - pretty sure one of his rare starts there was in the 5-2 home defeat to QoS.
However, based on the options we have just now, Dorrans has to start, which means that we need to play another 2 beside him in the centre. As such, Martin might be able to do a job in there.

I love it when we go sell Kevin Nisbet,
He's gonna pay for everyone this season.

Did he not play the last 20 mins in midfield at Tannadice and do relatively well, the started against Queens there on the Sat and had a mare?

He had an absolute shocker playing centre mid at tannadice. He’s a solid enough full back but he’s not played in years now, if we’re expecting him to be our saviour we might aswell start planning ahead for league 1

Surely after a loooong time out injured he would start in his natural position. Once his fitness levels are up he may be moved.

The most important thing is Lewis getting back to playing football, pain free.
Where that might be, is secondary
It's bloody tough being a legend
