Decent signing to be fair. I had hoped we would have signed him a season or two ago but pleased with that one.

If that’s true it could be a great signing - 1st of many.
And Kennedy returned to Sevco?

Older player, with Premiership experience. As I predicted on another thread ;) Has a decent pedigree although I`m a wee bit worried about his departure from Motherwell outwith the window - seems strange and how fit will he be?

Steven Lawless 3 years ago aye, now...meh.
What we need is Yogi making signings and us going, oh that`s a cracker, how did he make that happen. This is what the team needs, nothing less.

He’s played nearly is whole career at SPL level, to be fair how would you have a clue what shape he’s in or ability? He might not have made it back at Motherwell but there a million miles away from where we are just now.
30 year old isn’t past it. I’ll give him a chance before I question him

That’s a cracking signing for this level, must have pulled out all the stops to get that quality here in January to a team firmly in a Championship relegation battle.

Brilliant signing and when he gets up to full fitness could be key for us. A player we seriously need and someone I hoped we would get when I found out he was a free agent.

We are desperately short on quality. Was very decent for Livingston and anywhere near that level, will do for this league

On paper a decent signing, better than anything we put on the wings on Saturday anyway even if only half fit.
Let’s see some midfielders now, hopefully they can be signed up to make the raith game!
Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

He seems to fit the bill to play wide. I wonder if there are any other ex-Premiership players training on their own? It could be a lucrative source to investigate.
Didn`t he score the equaliser in added time in that 3-3 draw at Firhill at the end of the 2012-13 season?

I have heard that he has been training with Livi since he left Well so I reckon he will be fit. Should be an excellent signing - he was tremendous for us and I’m sure Martindale would have had him back if we hadn’t signed several other wide players after he left.

Definitely a step in the right direction. An experienced professional who can hopefully create chances for us and also maybe score a few goals too?

Happy with that.
Remember him playing latterly as more of a central midfielder when he was at Livvy. Wee pest who never gives you a minutes` peace on the ball.
As above that was a few years ago now. Hopefully still got the same impact.

Yogi wanted players that will be 1st team starters during the January transfer window and Lawless fits that and looks to be doing business early, we can’t wait until the end of January.
Hopefully a replacement for Kennedy who hasn’t really cut it for us and he goes back to Rangers.

I don’t remember him ever playing centre mid for us, mate. He played wing back (or winger back as he called it 🤣) or on the right of a front three. Scored and set up plenty from that more forward position.

Scored for Livy and set up another against us in recent friendly. Livy mate very surprised Martindale didn’t offer him a deal. If he gets his Livy form could be a gem for us.

This season is now a salvage operation.
We need to get to 8Th…………
We need players in now that can get us there.
We don’t have time to develop players/team/tactics.
8Th is the target.
