Doesn`t make any difference if its a part-time contract.

He`ll be 31 on 4 January. Is it likely he would want to turn full-time at this stage in his career?

He has a full time job as an electrician and is about to turn 31. He’d be incredibly stupid to throw that away to sign for us. He also hasn’t played full time in over 6 years and would take time getting up to speed and risk niggly injuries, whilst he’s in the best form of his life.

Just signed a new contract with the league leaders as well, who have proven they are a much better team than us.

For those reasons, I really doubt this one.

Can`t see this happening and these are all valid reasons why not.

I would however say that if Google is right then he appears to be self employed as a sparky and based in Edinburgh so there`s no reason he couldn`t keep some of that work up on his own terms. A good job to fall back on too if FT wasn`t to work out.
