You really couldn`t make this season up if you tried

We do like a scapegoat at the Pars though.

I think we’ve moved on to McCann now.

Possibly suggesting that a young guy could have had a few bad games but just needed time.

Might just be me thinking that though

It`s his 21st birthday apparently. Craig Levein has commented that `he couldn`t get a game` at Dunfermline. I wondered if it was our three-at-the-back system which didn`t suit him but according to the BBC he`s playing in a back three today as well.

What? The guy made a few mistakes. Don’t all defenders?

I remember Connolly making a couple of mistakes as well but that was alright because everyone liked him.

The lad was 21 for Christ sake. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be perfect.

He got nothing but negativity from the start here...just goes to show you what a bit of confidence does to a player. Might have started off a bomb scare but am sure he`s the one laughing now.

Peter Grant was managing him. Had his confidence shattered. Glad to see him doing well.

Evidently there`s a player there he`ll not be the first to come and show nothing in his time here, that`s why I said its a funny game earlier in the thread.
Scott Banks last season another, couldn`t hold down a place here but made the bench in the Premier league for Palace.

However all the aftertiming geniuses coming on and suggesting they seen something when he was here are full of sheet.

A clean sheet for United in every game he`s played 90 mins.

He was rotten at us well before he was criticised on here. In his defence he had the worst manager by far in my lifetime managing him so that could be a reason why it didn`t work for him. Just shows what a competent manager can do. He`s doing the simple things at Utd by the looks of it and not trying to be a ball playing centre half. Nice to see him doing well though!

On top of that he has a quality experienced defender in Mulgrew playing beside him. That will seriously help him progress.

Find it hard to believe he made team of the week against Patrick - he looked like a bomb scare on the highlights I seen! This forum is a shallow place - someone scores one goal or has one good game and all of a sudden they’re a player!

Pars fans on here make there mind up on a players based other teams fans on forums and Facebook.
Rather get on the young players back before supporting them.

How long before Peter Grant gets the blame for the deterioration in our drainage system this season?

FWIW, I always thought Ross Graham must be a better player than he showed in a Pars` shirt but he couldn`t really complain about being dropped based on his performances, whatever the reason for them.

His performance could easily have included giving away a penalty, (blatantly pulling the Rangers players jersey) and scoring an own goal (a header that went behind for a corner but could just of easily ended up in his own net) fine margins between a “good” or “indifferent” performance.

Remember he had ‘bomb scare’ Mehmet in goals when he was playing.

As for the drainage definitely Peter Grant’s fault 🤔!!

Has been included in the latest Scotland Under 21 squad. Playing for Dunfermline obviously improves a player`s development

He made his international debut and scored for the Scotland under-21s in Kazakhstan today. After being 2-0 up Scotland conceded a penalty and then the equaliser in the last minute of added time. Goalkeeper Slicker came way out of his box to commit a foul about 40 yards from goal then failed to hold a header from the free-kick and the Kazakhs netted the rebound. The pitch was barely playable by the end due to incessant rain, sleet and snow. Ex-Pars loanees Mayo and Banks also played.
