Most important derby since the Martin Hardie epic.
They will be going at it to go 4th and we really need the points.
Gonny be a tense tussle.

If we go about it the same way we did against partick, same work rate same intensity then I think we will take them apart

Or if we go about it like we played against Inverness and most other games this season we could be stuck in the play offs. If If If , I hope your If is the correct one.

So after Wednesday they`ll be in a playoff position, maybe, if they win their next match 12-0?

Are you competing for the most optimistic title?

With them winning the cup, it might add to their support.

If Raith get a penalty I hope no one is planning to do what the Brest fans did against Montpellier yesterday in Ligue 1. It might be less dangerous than lasers in France, but the sight of pasty white cheeks in Fife could possibly blind someone.

Better not being on telly, we need a big vociferous crowd backing the team, I’m sure the wee team will bring a reasonable following who will be buoyant following their diddy cup win

Late kick off derby games will always cause some trouble amongst the fans, with being in the boozer all day.

Rovers admin error had sold their end out early on Monday. I`m aware of Raith fans buying tickets for the home end. Sincerely hope this gets sorted.

Need a good backing tonight...a draw is meaningless for us really.

Back to the game - who plays in goals tonight? I`d stick with Mehmet. He hasn`t done much wrong in the last two games whilst Stolarczyk could be held partly culpable for three goals during his stint in the team. Yogi obviously rates him though and may give him the gloves.

Why would Raith fans buy home end tickets when Pars shop and online are selling away end tickets at the same price.

As i said, Raith from their end said it was sold out...so they bough home end based on that

So they went on to online booking and immediately went to home sales without even trying away sales? Seems unlikely and did they really believe they had sold out their end? They barely get 2000 for a home game.

It`s clearly derby day when fans start to turn on their own....im just stating facts...I couldn`t give a flying duck what their methodology was behind it.

No offence intended. Raith admin obviously got their `facts` wrong. It happens quite a lot on here too unfortunately.

They gave quite a few injuries, especially at cb. Hopefully we show up tonight cause we are in dire need of 3 points

It would be great for our bank balance if they sold over 3000 tickets, that would bring in about Β£40000.

Is the away end open? They may have sold out if they only have the enclosure.

You`ll be lucky if they`ve sold 1000 so far going by the online ticket website.

The two sections closest to Halbeath Road aren`t even available for purchase yet and neither are any of the rows below the entrance doors.

I imagine a fair few will pay on the night.

NW sold out though which is good to see!

Must win if we are to harbour realistic chances of catching Ayr.
A point would keep us just in front of QOS for the play off spot
Raith need a win to go level with Partick.

Should be a game where both teams will go for it.

2-1 Pars

Got a good feeling about this. DT23 to rip their fullback a new sphincter.

Ambrose to put their striker into orbit.

only 11 make the team, the rest can just but dream.
