Wow.....Steve Hodge eventually managed to get close enough to Maradona back in 1986 to get a hold of his shirt at the end of the game.
It is up for sale just now and has met the reserve of £4m (yes, million) and is expected to sell today for at least 5 million quid.
I wonder how much Diego got for Steve`s shirt....

According to Marydonna`s family it is not the shirt he was wearing when he scored the 2 goals. The one he swapped was the one he wore in the first half only.

The family have it wrong this time parrot. They said its one they have somewhere but there are certain markings and stitch patterns that match the one Hodge has when you look at the fill of that game.
