John Potter and Yogi in conversation

I imagine it went something like this.

Yogi: Hi John, what are we doing to day?

John: today, I’m taking you to school Yogi!

Yogi: oh, aye, what’s the lesson:

John: I’m going to teach you something about, how to manage a game, how to play in an attacking style, how to modify tactics to wear down the opposition and above all, when to use key substitutes!

Strange post for several reasons. You do know Owen Coyle’s the manager?

Not yet, Owen formally comes in next month.
That’s why Potts was in the dugout and interviewed after the game.

Owen Coyle was also in the dugout yesterday and Wednesday, constantly shouting instructions to the team.

Owen coyle got to a really good level as manager, shame he’s committed for next year, ex par too so might give a toss unlike the current encumber.

Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

so many ex pars in the game at this level, Campbell, McCall, Bullen, Rice, Coyle, Gibson, Petrie that I can think off in management never mind the players from yester years still as opposition , how long ago was steven bell playing for us ?

‘Get up, get out the house, why are you sitting in with your head in your hands? Get up and face people.’
