Sending off - looked like a dive and there was sufficient cover to suggest it wasn`t an obvious GSO.

I agree with you wee eck total dive , never a clear GSO either , shocking decision from the referee who allowed them all game to foul consistently and never booked any of them till the crowd reacted !
We also had a few good chances in the game that we should have done better with , you can see why we are where we are ! that team JH picked was never the best !!
Will say no more still hurting too much

We should appeal the red card if only to embarrass the ref but the beaks would probably back him!

No point appealing. He won`t play another game for us.

Appeal it just to make the point. It was a huge decision in the context of that match. Ambrose will have to serve a suspension if he joins another Scottish club.

Craig Napier strikes again...

it isnt a clear goal scoring opportunity but not a surprise he gave it.

that miss from O`Hara straight after they score too, again not a surprise.

What has the modern day game become that the tackle from Ambrose warrants a red card?

Surprised to hear Hughes after the match interviewed acknowledging it was a red.

Highlights show the incident very well, thanks for your efforts with the highlights this season Brian

No surprise from efe, be suprised if he’s full time next season. Lunged in when he didn’t need to after as usual about 3 mistakes in possession from us let the boy get away.

Yeah very few excuses for that miss from o’hara at the end, he is being asked to work the whole front line on his own and bust a gut all game so can only think tiredness played a part.

Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

He was through on goal covering defenders wouldn`t have got there in time so the red is the right decision

His touch took him away from goal.

No way was that a red card looked to me that no contact was made.
Going by the highlights that`s one poor Queens team just shows how far we have fallen.

I thought it was red as soon as he lunged. He was through on the keeper and nobody near him. Was there contact though?

If only there was a system available to double check such important decisions!

Clear red card from where we sat, and from the footage.

It`s one of those where the striker has initiated the contact - you can seem him intentionally drag his right foot. Sometimes they`re given, sometimes they aren`t, but once the ref blew for a foul it was a red - certainly if the foul was at the other end, I`d have been screaming for a red.

But...I don`t think it`s a foul. I think strikers initiating contact and then being `entitled to go down` is a real blight on the game.

`Clear red card from where we sat, and from the footage.`

In what way was it `clear` and how far away from the action were you? From my seat in the South stand I couldn`t tell if there was contact but I could see there was enough cover to prevent a clear goal-scoring opportunity. The footage suggests any contact was instigated by Murray surely. Even John Potter said he wasn`t sure there was contact.

My Opinion .. No way was that a red .. The striker drags his legs to make contact
You can see why the ref gave it tho .. And even with the benefit of replay the decision is divided on here .. but the Ref only has real time

What about denying a goal-scoring opportunity though, Bpp? It`s got to meet both criteria.

"In what way was it `clear` and how far away from the action were you? "

In the Norrie - just looked at the footage on YouTube - looked a no brainer to award - meets the criteria for DOGSO.

The referee was much closer than any of us.

If it had been at the other end we’d have been screaming for a red card.

There`s no defending that tackle. Definite foul & definite denying a goal scoring opportunity. What`s more annoying is Polworth (again) lost the ball in the middle of the park. Get him to fk away from my club. Waste of a jersey.

I actually thought Donaldson fouled the QP player before the pass that lead to the red card - but the referee let play continue, possibly applying the advantage rule......which he did several times throughout the game.

If only he had awarded the foul..........................

Agree with da no 1. Polworth gives the ball away and then they are straight in. The fact even Queen’s Park had a go and went 2 up front just shows how poor Hughes tactics are
