Go through every manager would be interesting if you find one that never had bad seasons.

Any of these 3 managers in their current job or next job could very well have a good season as they have displayed in the past.

None of them are bad managers, more that it doesn`t take much for them to look idiotic, not a lot of leeway to get out of trouble.

When we were searching for a replacement PG in all honesty everyone is a gamble.

Jack Ross is not dropping to 3rd tier, Dick is not suitable for full time. John Robertson simply can`t go to a high pressure job. A novice doesn`t have the tools to cope with a setback.

Not easy.

It’s more the way we went down rather than anything else. Tamely with no fight playing 1 upfront. You can hack losing if you at least had a go.

If the new manager promises to have a go at teams and look to be on the offensive then that’s a better option than what we have now.

Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

That`s it for me too. Shameful team selections, tactics and a stubborness to stick with one up front which was a hard enough job for young McCann who at least offered a physicality, but to play O`Hara and pump high balls to him was total insanity. That is why Yogi has to go.

The manager is only a part of our current problem, the club in general is the biggest issue which needs resolving 1st.

Perhaps playing at a lower level will encourage Yogi to be more adventurous and go with 2 up front? The time and position he took over in made it easier to `play safe` than to take risks. As it turned out, he`d have been better advised to chanc it with a more attacking set up - hindsight is a wonderful thing.

That`s fair to binary, and far to simplistic a way to look at managers.

Usurpar you would like to think he might be more attacking but he signed chalmers who has zero fight or pace and offers nothing defensively or in an attacking capacity. He can’t play in a 442.

Is yogi capable sign signing the players we need? It’s more likely we’ll continue gift goals trying to play out from the back with journeyman at the back and be pedestrian getting forward so easy to play against.

Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!
