Wouldn`t expect anything less. I`m actually quite surprised about how complimentary his tweet was. I`m sure he enjoyed his time here but he was benched a lot by poor managers.

Shame but the writing was on the wall in the last few weeks of the season. Grant managed to play him in the wrong position and bench him which obviously caused a fallout.
Hughes never really managed to turn his energy and flair into goals. One of the few players in the team over the past couple seasons that could take players on and create something out of nothing. Huge job to replace him in the summer

Was it the end of his contract or has he been let go?

No good wishes from me. His attitude stinks and he only played when he could be bothered.

Shame as he would have been a massive asset for League One. I`d imagine Queens Park is a stick on now that they`re promoted.

Gutted to lose him - just don’t understand those who don’t like him.

Sod him. Disappeared like a fart in the wind when really needed. Terrible attitude and only turned up once in a blue moon. Good riddance. A poor man`s Jo Cardle.

A big loss to the team. I thought he bust a gut for the most part, and really stood out in that team.

Heard a few players have heard nothing and contracts are about to expire - standard by how this club is being run just now

To be fair we need to appoint a manager first hudza, we can’t go offering new contracts and then appoint a manager who says “nah, he’s not in my plans”. You could argue yogi should have been shown the door ten days earlier and maybe we’d have a manager in place by this point (and I’d agree with that) but we are where we are now. Hopefully a good manager is appointed in the next few days and he starts planning his squad quickly.

The Peter Grant hair brain scheme to play Thomas at centre mid...do we know if that was Grants idea or did Thomas actually ask to play there?
Will be interesting to see where he plays next season.

Good luck to him, certainly shone in a very poor team. But we move on and for me he just wasn`t consistent enough.

I`m guessing Grant was looking for some creativity in midfield and saw DT as someone who might be able to provide it. It didn`t work out but it was worth a try and I don`t know why folk have made such a big thing of it. Alex Burke was another ex-Kilmarnock player who started out as a winger but played in midfield for us. He was a smashing wee player.

Arnt players on holiday just now anyway?
The new manager surely would want to meet them and see them train and play etc before signing any up who want to stay, that’s not going to happen until it’s well past current contracts expiring.
Did dorrans actually retire?
Things will be looking up……..now yogi is gone!

Nah, not having Dom compared to Burke. Not comparable at all.

I’m also with Milos and Raymie on this one. Even when he wasn’t having the best of days defences had to watch him leaving more space for others.
